INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE Adjust for Distance Begin by setting up eye chart the comes with the set Hang it at eye level using a piece of tape 1 Keep a four metre distance between youtself and the eye chart for the most accurate results 2 Start by turning the dials on both sides of the Selt Adjusting Glasses frame forward until you hear a click or until you turn the dial any further As you move the dial you are adjusting the lens power so you can see clearty Turn dials forward3 Put on your Selt Adjusting Glasses and cover your left eye 4 At a distance of four metres from the eye chart turn the dial until the lens is best focused For best results attempt to read a string of letters on the last two lines on the eye chart Note The average person has 20 20 or 20 25 vision and should be able to follow these instructions and successfully read either of last two lines on the chart from left to right 5 Now cover your right eye and repeat the process Adjust for Reading 1 Place some reding material on a flat surface in front of you so that your hands are free to adjust the glasses for reading 2 Start by turning the dials on both sides of the Selt Adjusting Glasses frame forward until you hear a click or until you cannot turn the dial any further Turn dials forward3 Put on your Selt Adjusting Glasses and cover your left eye while looking at the words on the page 4 Turn the dial on the right side of the frame backward until the lens is best focused 5 Now cover your right eye and repeat t
